On 22nd February, Meditation Coach Ann will suppport you to build your Winter Wellness mindfulness toolkit, through the gifts of meditation and vitamin nature. This will suppport you to:
- Understand the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual benefits of mindfulness meditation and nature connection
- Deepen your appreciation of the present moment, using your natural resources of your body, breath and senses
- Develop your mindfulness practice through a range of tools and techniques including gratitude, breathing techniques, mindful cooking and eating/drinking
The special event includes: refreshments, a nurturing and sensory, 2 course homemade lunch; and a mindulness toolkit to support you to maintain your practice.
