Mindfulness for Winter Wellness

On 22nd February, Meditation Coach Ann will suppport you to build your Winter Wellness mindfulness toolkit,  through the gifts of meditation and vitamin nature. This will suppport you to:

  • Understand the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual benefits of mindfulness meditation and nature connection
  • Deepen your appreciation of the present moment,  using your natural resources of your body, breath and senses
  • Develop your mindfulness practice through a range of tools and techniques including gratitude,  breathing techniques, mindful cooking and eating/drinking

The special event includes: refreshments, a nurturing and sensory, 2 course homemade lunch; and a mindulness toolkit to support you to maintain your practice.
